This site is provided free of charge to users who agree to abide by these terms & conditions and who are established customers of American Paper & Twine Co. We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation or religion.
Registered users of this site are only permitted to access the site on behalf of the company that he or she represents. Users should never share their user information or password.

American Paper & Twine Co. uses cookies to enhance your shopping experience with us. Cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart and to save your password so you do not have to reenter it each time you visit the Site. The Site and all materials on the Site, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, and text (the “Materials”) are the property of American Paper & Twine Co. and its affiliates and licensors. You may not reproduce, perform, create derivative works from, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute in any way whatsoever any Materials from the Site (or any other website owned by American Paper & Twine Co.) without prior written permission. However, you may print in hard copy portions of the Site with the sole intent of placing an order with us or applying for credit. Printing Materials for any other reason or transferring Materials for use on any other website, or the modification, distribution or republication of Materials without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited. Any modification of Materials, or any portion thereof, or use of Materials for any other purpose constitutes an infringement of trademark or other proprietary rights of American paper & Twine or third parties.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied as to the operation of the site, the quality, accuracy or completeness of the materials on the site or the information, the content or products included on the site.

Our Delivery Policy
An exact delivery date can be provided after your order is placed by contacting your sales representative or the customer service department in your immediate area.
Orders are delivered on our own fleet of trucks, unless other special arrangements have been made prior to placing your order. Orders are only processed on our regular business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If an order is received by 4:00 pm CST and if credit approval and product availability are confirmed by 5:00 p.m. CST on the same business day then that order will be processed for the next scheduled delivery day for your area. Orders that are not received by 4:00 pm CST or cannot be approved for credit and product availability by 5:00 pm CST will not be processed until the next business day. Generally, orders going to the metropolitan areas surrounding our warehouse facilities (Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis and Little Rock) will be delivered the next business day. Orders going to non-metropolitan areas usually have a pre-established delivery day(s). These days can be obtained from your sales representative or the customer service department in your immediate area.
Special orders shipped directly from a vendor may require an earlier order placement time.
Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
American Paper & Twine Company only operates within the Southeastern Region of the U.S., including parts of Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, North Carolina, Arkansas and Kentucky. We do not ship or bill to international addresses.
American Paper & Twine delivers to commercial street addresses only; we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO, or to residential addresses/areas. Some exceptions may apply, and the above does not constitute a guaranty of service.
Our Return and Refund Policy
American Paper & Twine Company will pick up for credit unused merchandise previously purchased from our company, if currently stocked, received in good condition for resale and within a reasonable amount of time. If applicable, any restocking or shipping charges incurred will be the responsibility of the Customer, and may be deducted from the credit total. American Paper & Twine reserves the right to determine if credit or what amount of credit will be issued for any given situation.
